Sundowner Houseboat Kariba Zimbabwe
Sundowner is a large and spacious pontoon houseboat. This child friendly boat accommodates 20 passengers. Facilities include a swimming pool and cage and two tenders for the all important fishing.

Sundowner Cabin Accommodation Layout
There is one double en suite, a twin or double en suite and two twin/double cabins.
Additional sleeping space is available on the upper deck.
Bathroom facilities include 1 x separate shower and hand basin, and a separate toilet with hand basin.
All cabins have sliding doors facing the lake.
Cabin interiors feature a teak dressing table and cupboard.
Keeping you cool, there are fans in cabins and air-conditioners. Please note that these are switched off at 22h00
For those sleeping upstairs cupboards are located downstairs.

Kariba is 366 Kms from Harare, 806 Kms from Bulawayo and 3 hrs by road from Lusaka
Charter planes and boats operate between Kariba and island lodges as well as Mana Pools
Flights to Lusaka and road transfers (3 hrs) to Kariba are popular
Arriving before departure date
Lake Navigation rules do not permit people to stay in the harbour overnight, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your arrival. If arriving after 17h00 please find alternative accommodation.
No smoking is allowed in any of the cabins, only on the open decks.
The sun is harsh so remember your sun tan lotion and a broad-rimmed sun hat.
