Starting our safari in Chobe on a sunset river cruise, where you will see the legendary elephant herds. Other game to be seen are the buffalo grazing on the islands kudu, giraffe and lion. But it is the elephants that steal the limelight. Herd after herd come down to the river to swim from island to island, playing and drinking.
In the Zambezi region of north eastern Namibia we visit four national parks, home to rare antelope species such as roan.
Onto the western Okavango region, where we have the opportunity to see the important historical and spiritual site for the San, the Tsodilo Hills.
Rate includes
camping equipment and accommodation (spacious bow tents with mattresses), room at a comfortable lodge in Victoria Falls, all transfers and activities as per the itinerary, all meals that are indicated (B – breakfast, L –lunch, D – dinner) and tea/coffees, services of a Professional Guide and Camp Assistant, all Botswana park fees for activities included on itinerary and transport in specialised safari vehicles.
