Buffalo Camping safari named the Buffalo is a 7 Night Adventure starting in Maun, Botswana and ending in Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe.
An ideal safari for those on limited time but offering the very best wilderness areas and wildlife viewings.

You will visit eastern and western Moremi, northern and southern Chobe National Park and finish the tour in Victoria Falls.  What better way to safari than on game drives finding all the amazing and diverse wildlife.

 Buffalo Camping Safari

An exciting safari adventure beginning in Moremi Game Reserve.
This reserve is a prime wildlife area where animals such as buffalo, lion, elephant, hippo and antelope such as eland, kudu and roan are found in abundance.

Covering both the eastern and western sides of Moremi, the reserve is also well known for its teeming birdlife.  Heading north to the Chobe National Park, named after the Chobe river. 

The park offers a number of eco systems from tropical habitats of the Linyanti swamps, floodplains and deep sands. 

Famous for its huge herds of elephants which can be seen swimming and playing in the river, you can expect to see buffalo, hippos, crocs, giraffe, baboons, waterbuck, sable, roan.

Ending in Victoria Falls, here you will have the opportunity to enjoy all the many exciting activities and attractions. such as rafting, bungi, cruises.

Let the adventure begin 

The safari begins in Maun, where your guide will meet you at 07h30 at a pre-arranged meeting point.

From Maun, we drive through to Moremi Game Reserve, one of the best wilderness areas of Botswana which covers swamp and dry areas.
During a short break en-route, it’s time for your guide to give you a full overview of your safari.

Mobile camping safaris

The next three days are spent searching for the wide variety of wildlife and birds that this area is renowned for. 

Game drives in the early morning as the sun rises and in the late afternoon will be the norm.

After your morning game drives, you will return to camp for lunch and a siesta.

On Day 3 you will move campsites to explore a different area of this diverse park.

Camping will be in private designated campsites with bush ablutions
