InvoicesOnce an invoice is raised, it reflects the booking requested by the client and that all is in order, including confirmation from all suppliers that the booking has been accepted If you want to secure the booking, you must accept and pay (either the deposit or full amount) before the quote expires. Quotes and reservations are held for 2 weeks before they are automatically cancelled unless otherwise specified or arranged. Please note that all payments are directly into our bank – however, should credit card facilities be required an admin charge of 3% is applicable. Regret American Express cards cannot be accepted |

Frequently Asked Questions (F.A.Q's)Is it cheaper to book direct?There is no benefit to booking direct because: 1) No lodge or hotel will give you a rate lower then those supplied to a travel agent 2) In a lot of cases hotels supply special discounts to high volume travel agents such as us, who then pass it on to you 3) Special Package deals are only offered to travel agents 4) Hotels do not offer flights or in most cases their own road transfers 5) Paying in the multiple currencies of this region creates unnecessary bank charges 6) In Zimbabwe paying direct, attracts an additional 15% VAT charge 7) Some Hotels have a two tier tariff system whereby International visitors pay a higher rate then locals.
