In this arena, drums beat

... fierce Shangaan warriors dance and chant

... the masked Mkishi perform their eerie rituals

... marimbas play and choirs sing.

This is arguably the most authentic show in Africa and you will be spellbound by a spectacular burst of vibrant and traditional entertainment.

performances by three different dance goups:

• the Makishi,
• Nyau
• Shangaan dancers

who also sang and played various musical instruments. The predominant sound was the universally recognisable African drumbeat.

After this spectacular show, you really felt attuned to the rhythms of Africa.
