This menu is a general guideline and is dependant upon availability of the items in Zimbabwe. The catering rate does not include drinks.

EARLY MORNING
Tea/Coffee with biscuits

BREAKFAST (10:30hrs)

Either of the following:

Fried Eggs, sausage & sweetcorn fritters, tomatoes & toast
Poached eggs, aubergine, mince & spaghetti & toast
Scrambled eggs, liver, baked beans, tomatoes & toast
Fried eggs, kidneys, sweetcorn fritters, onion rings & toast
Poached eggs, bacon, chips, tomatoes & toast

LUNCH (14:00 / 14:30hrs)
Large snack plate comprising of cold meat, tomatoes, cucumber, cheese cubes, gherkins/pickled onions & savoury biscuits

SNACKS (18:00 / 18:30hrs)
Crisps & Peanuts

DINNER (20:00hrs)
Choice of:
Various roasts with rice, potatoes, two vegetables, gravy
Chicken casserole, rice & two vegetables
Fillet steak, mashed potatoes & two vegetables
Dessert served with all of the above

For self-catering clients Braai Packs can be arranged at Rands 25 per head

You are welcome to bring your own or order by faxing Binga Kwik Spar. Godfrey the owner will meet you at the boat (please specify boat and expected time of arrival), where you can pay in cash prior to boarding. Godfrey doesn't seem to mind working over weekends.

Fuel

Average fuel consumption for a six night charter would be roughly 450L for petrol and 150L Diesel. However this depends upon the distance travelled. We recommend that clients take a reading before and after the charter

General

With self-catering charters clients are required to bring toilet paper, bath soaps, cleaning detergents etc.

Clients are to supply own fishing bait, tackle etc.

Clients are advised to take sun screen, hats, anti-malarial prophylactics and to use insect repellant

By law ALL foreigners are to pay in foreign currency

National Parks fees

Parks fees are paid directly to the officials before boarding and the receipt must be kept with clients at all times as the officials often do spot checks on the lake.

A provisional booking will be made and will not be confirmed until a deposit on charter rate is paid. Should a deposit not be paid the booking will automatically be released 14 days from date of provisional booking
