Binga Houseboat Conditions
Houseboat conditions for certain boat houses berthed at Binga on the
Victoria Falls side of Lake Kariba
The boats are Abangane,
Catalina, Meremaid
and OB.Joyful
Includes
Inclusive of: boat hire, 15% Sales Tax, 2% Tourism Levy, the services
of crew, cutlery, crockery and linen. The use of the tender boats but
not the fuel
Excludes
« Fuel. The cost of the fuel is to the clients
account for the duration of the charter and is to be settled directly
on completion of the charter. The average consumption of fuel for a
3 night charter is 300 liters which is approx Rands1500. A deposit for
fuel will be charged on confirmation of booking
« Drinks can also be purchased on a sale and
return basis from Binga Kwik Spar. Drinks/ice/bait orders must be paid
for before departure, the cost of which includes deposits on all bottles
and crates. Any empties (or unopened drinks) that are returned at the
end of your charter are refundable less 10% handling fee. Please fill
in the Drinks
Form and fax to tel/fax to +263 15 236/316 at least 2 weeks prior
to embarkation. Please also specify boat name, date of hire and anticipated
time of arrival.
Alternatively you can have drinks billed separately from the cash bar
on the boat.
Please fax your Drinks List preferences through at least 2 weeks
before embarkation

« The National Parks Board has a Lake Usage and Fishing
Levy fee . These fees are to be paid by you to the Parks Officer
at the harbour where the boat is moored before boarding the boat

Should a deposit not be paid the booking will automatically
