Game Viewing:
In The Golden Triangle several lodges along the Kwando river
take visitors on game-viewing drives where herds of elephant,
buffalo, hippo and other species can be observed.
The circular route passes through flood plains where red lechwe
and even puku and sitatunga might be seen, and culminates at
the scenically beautiful Horseshoe Lake, one of several ox-bow
lakes that have formed in the area
In March and April these tranquil expanses of water are a
magnificent sight, as they become covered in a dense growths
of white and yellow water lilies
