DAY 1

• Transfer by air-conditioned microbus from Port Elizabeth to the malaria free Kariega Game Reserve situated
high above the spectacular Kariega River Valley in a wonderous African setting.

In search of animals under the African skies, enjoy the opportunity to view the ‘Big Five’ and many species of plains game in open safari vehicles.

Activities available at the lodge include:

Hiking: for hiking enthusiasts, Kariega's trails are a must.

Walk safely amongst more than 25 species of
game and wonderful birdlife.

Game Drives: enjoy game drives in open vehicles with experienced rangers.

River Cruises: board the 'Kariega Queen' for a memorable cruise down the Kariega River and enjoy the
tranquillity of nature, whilst enjoying a refreshing drink from the bar on deck.

Horse rides: gallop along the beautiful beach of Kenton-on-Sea.

Accommodation - Kariega Game Reserve (lodge of your choice)
Full board basis including 2 game viewing activities

DAY 2

• In the morning, enjoy the many activities on offer before returning to your lodge for a sumptuous breakfast.

• Return to Port Elizabeth for drop off at your hotel or Port Elizabeth Airport.

GOLD – Ukhozi Lodge

• A minimum two night stay is highly recommended.
• Tours of longer duration are available. For longer tours, the first and last days are identical to Day 1 & Day
2 as described above.
• Additional days added to the itinerary will be spent enjoying the listed activities. Accommodation will be on
a full board basis including 2 activities per full day.
