Two of the tents form a "double tent" which can be used as
a family tent - each side of the tent has its own en-suite facilities.

FACILITIES
MEALS are served in the centrally located dining area.
Spurwing can cater for any specific dietary requirements on request.
BAR: a uniquely built v-shaped bar allows for good
socialising.
It also has spectacular views over the lake and the Matusadona mountains.
THE GROUNDS
an electric fence around the camp ensures guests safety at
all times.
Wander through the lush gardens providing a shady oasis in the midst
of the African bush and take in what can only be described as magnificent
views of the Matusadona, the Sanyati gorge and lake Kariba.
HARBOUR
there is a safe harbour for guests bringing their own boats
fuel is available to purchase for these boats
boats are cleaned and stocked everyday as requested
there is a deep freeze facility for fish storage
LAUNDRY facility available at a nominal charge.
the GIFT SHOP stocks essentials such as sun cream,
camera film, hats, T-shirts, postcards, etc.

# The Sanyati Gorge, which is directly opposite Spurwing Island, cuts
into the Matusadona mountains providing its own dramatic landscape.
FISHING
* a very popular sport and Spurwing Island offers tackle and an experienced
coxswain for those who want to try their hand.
* Fishing trips are offered on a half day basis - departing early morning
arriving back in time for lunch, or alternatively departing after lunch
arriving back just after sunset.

To ensure the wedding event is arranged and managed flawlessly, we
require the following information from the bridal couple:

* Date of birth
* Town and country of birth
* Nationality
* Passport Number and date of expiry
* · Occupation
* · Current address

* Father’s full names
* · Father’s occupation (this is essential because it is
needed for the marriage certificate. It must be indicated if the father
is deceased)

* Status (single, divorced, widowed)
o if divorced a copy of the divorce certificate is needed, and
o if widowed a copy of the death certificate.
o If single a letter of consent from both sets of parents
