Vic Falls Mountain Bike Challenge Part 1 | Part 2

Day 1: Rider registration starts at 09h00 at Elephant Hills Hotel Registration closes at 15h00

Day 3: Ride again departs fromthe hotel and heads out of Vic Falls in a different direction, going away from the river into a private concession, the area through which the cyclists go today will have some game viewing opportunities and cyclists will be fully briefed of the associated dangers at the dinner the night before. The ride goes along some secondary roads and then into a private Safari area, before then riding through some communal land coming out into the Vic Falls Private Game reserve and with the final legs going through some Forestry and National parks before ending at the Elephant Hills hotel

Day 4: Riders depart fromthe Hotel at 06h30, and will cycle out of Vic Falls through the Forestry concession, which consists of teak forests and some Kalahari sand to get the legs going, riders then carry on into the communal areas using mainly secondary roads and then back through the Victoria Falls National Park on single Track which will follow along the edge of the incredible Batoka Gorge, through which the Zambezi runs and where the worlds greatest one day's white water rafting trip is operated. Views from this ride are spectacular and riders will want to stop and take some pictures.  Distance will be approximately 82km

From the base of Elephant Hills Hotel, in Victoria Falls – competitors will cycle over three days in different areas of this beautiful region

Every night at dinner there will be a presentation on the following days cycle section and a short clip of the days racing. With the final night viewing incorporating highlights of the 3 days

Each night you will be in complete comfort in your hotel room, with access to swimming pools, maybe a round of golf, or pop into town in the afternoon and do some sight seeing or curio shopping

Spend 4 nights at the Elephant Hills Resort on a bed and breakfast basis

Breakfast and refreshments en route included, as well as dinner at the hotel on the last night

Each morning's proceedings will commence at 05h00 with breakfast at the hotel, and the cycle will commence at 06h30 from outside the Hotel
