Amenities

- Double storey lodges under thatch for a wonderful affordable holiday to relax and chill out.

- Gas skottel braai facilities are available (no characoal braais are permitted) and candles are also not permitted.

· Reading, relaxing, birding, game viewing and swimming are the order of the day

· Situated in the National Park, there are abundant elephants, hippos, impalas, zebras, etc as well as very varied bird life.

- Views are of the lake, flood plains, Zebra Island and the Kariba mountains - not forgetting the sunsets ……

· You can self-drive to Charara or we can arrange transfers from Harare airport.

· All you need basically is your food and drinks and we will tell you well in advance before your departure about other detailed requirements.

· Your own boat can be moored at different harbours depending on where you stay

- Clients are advised to bring mosquito repellent (all beds have mossie nets) and their own towels for swimming.

Directions

On Makuti / Kariba Road at 51 km peg, take the turning for Charara. Follow signs for Wild Heritage and Nzou Lodges. When you reach Nzou Lodges entrance, continue 30 meters and go right. Continue on that road until you reach the complex. Lodge No. 18 is on the right near the top. | Road map of Kariba
