Hwange can be visited all year round. and is 2.5 hrs from Vic Falls by road Summer: August to April is hot peaking in September & October The winter months (May to August) are dry which is good for game-viewing but make sure to bring very warm clothing / jackets for the night drives as the cloudless skies can reduce temperatures to zero at night.
