Kings Den Lodge-Caprivi strip

In the Caprivi strip, on the Namibian side of the Chobe river, at the point where Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe and Namibia meet.

Transfers are done by boat from Kasane - Botswana

King’s Den is a very tranquil and relaxed place with luxury en-suite chalets and 'hanging' balconies.

The balconies offer a magnificent view of the Chobe and Sedudu (Kasikili) Island.

The area is adundant in wildlife with vast herds of elephant, buffalo, red lechwe and endangered species such as sitatunga and tsessebe.

Birdlife is also rich with more than 400 species having been recorded in the area

Accommodation is in 10 wooden chalets

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and are equipped with ceiling fans

The Zambezi Queen, a house boat moored on the river at the lodge, offers another 8 air-conditioned rooms with en-suite bathroom facilities and lounge
