MOU- Memorandum of UnderstandingThe cornerstone for this initiative was laid in December 2006 when tourism ministers from the five participating countries of Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Namibia and Angola signed a Memorandum of Understanding that will pave way for the creation of the largest conservation park in the world.
