Francistown 

One of Botswana's oldest town and originally a frontier town - Francistown was the centre of southern Africa's first gold rush - gold being discovered in 1867.

Today Francistown is a modern city with shops, banks and restaurants predominantly situated along Blue Jacket Street.

Francistown is ideally placed as a stop over for visitors en route to Maun and the Okavango Delta, or north to Chobe National Park and Victoria Falls
