There exists a particularly high density of mammals, including elephant, lion, buffalo, painted wild dog and leopard to name a few, ensuring the guests superb and plentiful sightings of game.

Zambezi river is home to a large variety of angling fish, the most renowned being the fiercesome Tiger Fish. There is a kaleidoscopic variety of birdlife (approx 450 species)
