Lunches are a buffet with a choice of hot dishes, salads, cold meat, and cheeses. Dinner is a set menu, however, the kitchen will happily cater for guests’s individual requirements. Generally guests sit at one table. This allows guests to meet each other and often the conversation continues well after the meal has ended! The bar is upstairs and overlooks the Chobe River. It is informally known as the map room due to large numbers of maps hung on the walls.
