A provisional booking will be made and will not be confirmed until a deposit on charter rate is paid. Should a deposit not be paid the booking will automatically be released 14 days from date of provisional booking

We will require a deposit of 15% of your charter fee. The full amount of the charter fee is payable no less than six weeks before your departure date.

Half of your deposit will be retained if you need to cancel your booking 42 days or less prior to your departure date. All your deposit will be retained if you need to cancel your booking 30 days or less prior to your departure date. No deposit will be lost if you rebook your charter within 6 months of your original departure date
