Price USD65,000 approx Rands 460,000 Specifications | Website 1. Construction – steel monohull built in 1993 and refitted in 1997. Displacement – 22 tonnes 17.5 m long (57 ft). 2. Power – Volvopenta turbo diesel 135 hp drives via a gearbox direct to an 18 inch 3 bladed propeller. Speed 8 knots and fuel consumption of 12 l/hour, including the generator. 3. Generator - 220v 8 amp Mercury water cooled. Used to power the refrigeration – deep freeze and storage fridge and cabin fans. 4. Lighting - 12 v DC from deep cycle batteries charged from the main engine. 5. Heating – LP gas drives the 4-plate stove and oven and hot water geyser 6. Dining – The aft deck is fitted with a large permanent table with 8 folding occasional chairs. 12. Entertainment – A splash pool at the rear in which to cool off and enjoy a few drinks. 13. Crew - 2 people, pilot and deck hand cook. Pilot assists deck hand and vice versa. Crew has its own cabin and ablutions. 14. Equipment - Moya comes fitted out with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, linen and bedding for 8 persons. 15. Safety equipment – Ship to shore radio, depth finder, life rings, life jackets. 16.
