Mukwae-chobe houseboat rental

The Mukwae, while very similar to her sister safari boat (Moli), has a third sun deck to enjoy the sights and sounds of this wonderland from a vantage point that is unparalleled by any other lodge in the area.

Mukwae offers every comfort and allows guests to luxuriate under the African sun while observing these waterways and animals

Huge herds of animals which when viewed from the elevated decks of the safari boat makes for spectacular sightings.

The professional crew are always on hand to expertly navigate the rivers and share their specialist knowledge of the area.

Cabin accommodation

Four large twin cabins

- each cabin has its own large sliding window that allows you to constantly view the changing landscapes,

- the front cabin also has it's own private balcony

– enjoy game viewing from your bedroom that changes all the time

In order to prevent mosquitoes from entering the rooms, each window is spanned by a transparent mosquito screen.

All of the cabins have plenty of cupboard space and the en-suite bathrooms are all fitted with a modern shower, toilet and hand basin.

Entertainment deck

– This main deck has all of the facilities to ensure that you have never ending access to the views the rivers provide from the bar and lounge to the open-air dining area.

However the Mukwae also has a third sun deck above the main deck that will allow even greater leverage to enjoy the sights and sounds of this unique wetland destination.

- The Mukwae can go 20 km's up the Chobe to Serondella game viewing all the way and overnight on the border of Chobe National Park

- Can go 140 km's up the Zambesi to Kalembesa all year and in high water to Katima Mulilo
